Always answers when I call and has helped me to understand this system thank you for no nonsense good service.
Don't ever use Toneys Pumping he has a horrible work ethic. Toneys was the service used to pump out our septic tank and he "rebuilt" the air pump on a house we just purchased. We just moved in and 12 days later we have sewer back up. I called Toneys and he was like oh well I'm on vacation and will have to deal with it next week sometime or whenever I get back. Now i have to find somewhere to stay until this gets fixed. And I have to pay someone else to fix a problem that Toneys didn't fix.
Does not reliably return calls. Have to call several times to get any service at all, then have to be reminded more than once. If they don't want business, I would prefer they just say so rather than trying a person's patient until the person has to go somewhere else for service.
