I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and Dr. Tammie. She always takes her time with me and listens to my concerns. She's amazing!
Great visit with Dr Tammi Smith today. She was very personable and down to earth. All of the staff was nice, including Ms Lashon at the front desk. They made me comfortable enough to come back for future visits.
I was looking for a new PCP close to me, and this place was super close. Tammie Smith was great and listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to help my issue. I’ve only been once and I like her so far. My only grievance was how long I sat in the waiting room to get seen. I figured it would be quick since there was only me and one other patient in the waiting room, but I sat around waiting for about 45 minutes. I just dropped my this place because I haven't had a GP in several years and want to get one. I walked in, smiling and asked them if it was possible to get on their schedule this week or next hopefully. The receptionist asked my name, which I thought was unneeded just answer an availability question, but I gave it to her, then she asked for my date of birth.
