Took my Canon G3260 in for repairs and had it back inside of a week. Running like a new printer now. Will go back in future for printer ink when I need it.

I took my printer for service in January. After two weeks with no calls or contact of any kind, I went to the shop and they explained what they had found. After two more weeks with no contact of any kind, I went back again and got another update. After a third period with no contact or followup, I went back to the store only to find it closed. Called about 10 times over the course of a few days and never had my call answered. I had to go in the store to find out that they have the same prices as Staples, but give half the amount of credit for certain empty cartridges. Staples has an excellent rewards program now, too, so I prefer them
