Called about 10 times over the course of a few days and never had my call answered. I had to go in the store to find out that they have the same prices as Staples, but give half the amount of credit for certain empty cartridges. Staples has an excellent rewards program now, too, so I prefer them

As a lifelong personal-computer user, from way back in the 60s and 70s, I can honestly say that TonerWest's knowledgeable owner, personal service, fair prices, and policy of recycling toner cartridges, drums, and whole printers sets this shop apart from the mainstream. As to the gent who knocked TW for prices higher than those in Tempe (I doubt it) ... perhaps, but then we'd have to drive 100 miles to Tempe. Most of us out this way prefer cruising our scenic desert and ranch roads to Sierra Vista from our homes in Sonoita, E... read more
