Just wrapped up an amazing experience with Toner Buzz! I needed a replacement cartridge FAST (in that I couldn't wait for shipping). Since they're local to me, I called them up, explained what I needed, and they were nothing short of AMAZING in accommodating my request. THIS is customer service at its finest!
