A few years after the works been completed & there’s been a surprising bonus to having had my foundation repaired; not ONE mouse in my house since. Living by a busy intersection has me (& many a delivery driver) grateful for the driveway turnaround. What an amazing difference the foundation & driveway update can do for your home. Update after foundation work and new driveway are complete; what a great investment & could not have chosen a better team to get the job done. Almost had hired another foundation repair crew who tried talking me out of doing the entire foundation before pouring an expensive new driveway; ever glad I didn’t chose them, there was a MASSIVE ISSUE on the side they’d have left untouched that would have caused so much more damage than it was when it was found. Nearing the end of 2021 & I’ve had Toneguzzo come help get my 1900 Old South fixed up (along with new sewage drains with Bluewater Plumbing) with some DIFFICULT access spaces for them, the crew & the machines. My foundation includes a crawl space area from an early 1900s add on They’ve been very respectful of my home, my time & they’ve even been great with my puppies.
