Well made to be Well Played! The Powell brothers give you lots of building and string options, so that instrument you have in mind will be in your hands in no time...They sound so sweet and even! I can't wait to order another one, as soon as I catch my wife in a weak moment!
Marvelous craftsmanship and build quality. Incredible tone from these instruments. I am a proud owner of an S-18 and couldn't be happier. Dave and Tone are one of a kind in these days of mass-produced guitars. I live right by Martin Guitar and even they are going away form American made instruments with detailed craftsmanship and high quality in favor of Mexican made mass-market instruments. If you want a truly fine instrument, expertly crafted with a tone that goes on forever then Tone Devil should be your choice.
These guys are the real deal. I have been fortunate to know and work with several talented luthiers over the years and it's a thrill to watch Tony & Dave craft their superb instruments right here in Sandpoint.
