This was my first experience with Tone Homes Air Conditioning division. They reached out to me 1st, after going thru Angie list 5 star rating. I was impressed with the professionalism of both Rudy, the A/C technician and the owner, Tone. They fully explained my 2015 unit condition and all options of fixing or replacing the Rheem system. I received a great price and timeframe of the install. I would definitely use this company again.
Well, let me tell you a little bit about Tony. He's an excellent guy, very, very, very respectable. And always tried to be the best he used to be my boss. I learned a lot from him and I just saw the review he's a very honest man.And very trustworthy trustworthy of his word not to mention that anything he does, he does it with care? And I'm sure he doesn't the best that he can. And he has the best customer service that I have ever seen. Good luck to you, tony, and thanks helping me the way you always did
We asked for a few small changes during the project and were hit with a huge bill for “extra labor.” Nothing was explained upfront. Felt like they were just nickel-and-diming us.
Their team showed up late almost every day and sometimes didn’t show at all. No communication, just delays. The lack of reliability made the whole process stressful.
Air out a week. Came in 10:30pm & finishes 6am same day. Very dedicated & professional. Highly knowledgeable & recommend for all your needs including renovations!! Appreciate ya!!
