An excellent fitness center with amazing personal trainers. They taken me from someone who really disliked working out to actually looking forward to my training days. They do a stellar job of selecting appropriate work outs and maintaining motivation. So far I have lost 60 lbs and gained significant strength since I started working with them 9 months ago. I would recommend them to anyone.
Toned Body Fitness is the best! I just joined to get back in shape, and it already feels like the perfect place for it—friendly staff, clean environment, and everything you need to crush your goals.
Can’t speak highly enough about Tony and his team at Toned Body Fitness. I had won some free sessions in a raffle and previously being a personal trainer myself, I didn’t think I would use them. Okay I've known the owner Tony for about 12 years and he is incredible as a personal trainer. He has trainer each of his staff and they are all amazing! I drive from Mequon to Elm Grove for a 45 minute session that's how good of a workout it is.
Tony and his team are fabulous. Concise and time conscious work out routines that meet your needs and get you out the door. The rest is up to you....
