I’ve been a member at Time Zone for years, but this one older male employee has continuously made my experience uncomfortable. He follows me around the gym, stares, and looks for reasons to cause or find issues!!! Recently, I came in with friends who all have memberships, and instead of handling things professionally, he started yelling at me in front of everyone about having too many cards on file. Staffed hours don’t start until 8 during the week not 7, I got here at 7:15 and was unable to workout

I usually go in the evenings after work and it’s pretty empty for the most part. It’s a decent sized gym
