Simple, clean, and not crowded. Been going here for a couple months now and very pleased with facilities, staff, and fellow patrons.

This place is not safe for woman. On 12/12/2025 around 7:45 pm, there were young men that posted a do not enter sign on the woman’s sauna door and were being obnoxious in it. On top of that, there are sexual predators that use this facility. My Mother joined and asked if they could show her how the machines worked and around the facility. People don’t rack their weights after using the machines, or wipe down anything, staff doesn’t seem to clean either. It maybe easier to wipe down equipment with rags instead of paper towels. Also very disorganized, because nothing is put pack in a dedicated spot. I’ve seen dumbbells left on the floor, benches left by random machines and someone’s street shoes just hanging out in the middle of the floor. Good gym, however half the people don't wipe down the machine, employees working out included. They also tend to sit on machines talking with people, which is fine, but it clogs up the machines when you need it and they're just sitting on it talking. Watching the one do it as a type this waiting 20min for the worker to be done "working out" next to his friend. Gym also needs a deep clean, lots of dirt everywhere and machines starting to wear down and break
