I love this women’s only gym! It’s welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. The owner is friendly, and the classes keep me motivated. It’s a great space to feel confident and focused on my fitness goals. Highly recommend!
I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet but I could honestly write an essay about why you should join this gym 🤍 Firstly being a women's only gym makes it such a safe & kind environment. I've never successfully joined any of those 'mainstream' gyms due to anxiety. But the minute I walked into Tone and met Laylah I felt welcome & valued. No judgement at all. I joined on the spot.
