I’ve been going to Tone Women’s Fitness since the beginning of the year and absolutely love it. I’ve finally found a gym environment where I feel comfortable and supported, while having everything I need at my fingertips. Layla is super knowledgeable and very friendly- she creates a non-judgemental environment where everyone can learn and grow. Layla runs fun and challenging classes, and I also get a lot out of the PT sessions that I do with her weekly. Would highly recommend TWF to any women wanting to work on their health ... read more

I love this women’s only gym! It’s welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. The owner is friendly, and the classes keep me motivated. It’s a great space to feel confident and focused on my fitness goals. Highly recommend!
