Surgery is ok when you can get an appointment. It has completely lost its personal and community touch. Parking is abysmal so very stressful. And TMG completely take no responsibility for it. Yes there is paid for parking. But I dont always have the cash, particularly for a non planned urgent appointment and as we all know no free parking in Tonbridge. Ringo doesn't work on my phone either. Entrance is covered in pigeon faeces. Never gets cleaned. All in all steep decline in patient wellbeing and care.
Big sophisticated looking facility, haven’t got the staff to match. Booked in my family’s appointments wrong twice in a row leaving us having to re-book and come back again. This time we’ve decided to change doctors because this is the last day of annual leave from work we can take and having to spend extra petrol for extra appointments. Not doable with this current cost of living. Hopefully Trenchwood will be more organised and not mess their patients about as much.
