I called for a new patient appointment 4 times over a 3 week period of time. Never got a call back. From my experience (I ran my own practice for 40 years) at the very least the scheduling department is incompetent and needs new people for the job. This is reflective on the entire practice and I personally would never use them. Very unfortunate.
