My driver took a trailer to have the DOT inspection done for the trailer. We specifically told them that we need a federal DOT inspection and they confirmed they can do it. After the inspection was done, the guy from the shop sent me TX dot inspection which is not being accepted in any other state than TX (that is exactly the reason why we asked specifically for the federal inspection). Even though I cannot use the TX dot inspection this guy is still charging me for the inspection. Very bad for business
