Emailed them about a problem with a tv and never replied to it.
Took a couple months opposed to a couple of weeks due to bring in audio gear, but he was the only one in the fox valley that would work on and repair my tube based pro audio gear. Good folks that do things the right way at a good price!
Tom's TV service came out and fixed my Samsung TV. Great service and friendly. Fixed the issue and told me to let them know if the issue came back. I would recommend.
Employees are not friendly. They severely lack communication to the customer Epic fail
Steve did a great job of getting parts quickly for LG 60" under manufacturer's warranty. Parts installed and got help setting up TV as we are not tech wizards. Very professional, respectful of property, took as much time as needed to get us back in business. Really appreciate the service and LG's quick attention to getting us a repair person. Thanks.
