We were vacationing in Yosemite and had our air conditioning unit on our Rialta RV stop working. Oh, and it was 100+ degrees! We live in Washington State and we needed to get it fixed as we approached the July 4th holiday. We called many shops around Modesto and found no sympathy to our desperate situation. Their capabilities and expertise are very limited. John was supposed to fix my sterring position sensor. The light was still on when he was done. He said he does not know what is wrong and that he just had to keep throwing time and my money until he could figure it out. After I had already paid him almost 1000 dollars to fix it. I can't afford to just give an open check, not knowing what's wrong or how many hours it will take. Then I said just give me my money back and I will take it somewhere Else he said take me to court. ... read more
