I have used this tree service three or four times over the past 10 years and I am calling again now after the storms broke a huge limb out of a big tree in my back yard. Tom is great and a man of his word. He always comes and gives an estimate of what they will will charge for the work you require. And then he schedules the work with you. It is a great crew and they do excellent work, including cleaning up all the mess that will result. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their trees trimmed or removed.

Thank you, Tom!!! – Tom did a great job cutting down a very large, very dead tree in a potentially dangerous location for me!! His price was very reasonable and he was very easy to talk to and work with! I was given an estimate for the work within 2 hours of my first phone call to them, and their prompt, friendly service was much appreciated!! I would definitely recommend Tom's Tree Service to anyone who needs a tree cut down!!
Response to Poor Customer Service Review – The practice of this company is to address any customer dissatisfaction immediately and will always do what is necessary to "make it right" given the opportunity. As with any company in this industry, an immediate response time is not always possible. The owner has 30+ years of experience and is one of only a few companies where a real person actually answers the phone! Most just simply have voice mail.
