Rude and incompetent
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Lifesaver! I can’t say enough good things about Tom’s Town & Country Plumbing! They answered the phone when I called last Friday — during an Edmonton Oilers Stanley Cup Final game, no less. That alone deserves a shoutout. I was dealing with a hot water tank issue, and they didn’t just answer the call — they jumped into action. They worked with me that evening, found a replacement tank, and were at my house the very next morning at 9 AM to install it. They were quick, clean, efficient, and took the time to e... read more
Had an emergency this evening but have also been using Tom’s for my plumbing services when needed; they were responsive and came right away! They’ve always been so good at providing exceptional service. Never rude and just great plumbers all around! Thank you for always being professional, pride in your work and showing up! Great job.
Please don't offer "Emergency Services" when you clearly have a Jerk on the other end of the phone. Called and said he'd come, waited an hour, called back and was just rude. Don't recommend them at all !!!!!!!
