The team at Tom's provided some genuine "old school" service. Friendly, polite and great work. Fixed the issue I was having with my towbar on my campervan, right there on the spot this morning for a price you can't beat!! Thanks guys, much appreciated.
I had no problem from quote to fitting, found them very easy to deal with and always replied promptly to my barrage of emails .. I’ve not hooked up the caravan yet to see if it works, but I’m sure it will be fine ..
Don’t know what I would’ve done without the help from the team at Tom’s Towbars- had to get a new Car and in order to tow our Caravan we needed a break controller fitted which was impossible to do 1 week before Christmas. They offered a simple solution via a portable Bluetooth break controller rather than trying to find a place that could install us the traditional break controller which is fitted directly to the Car. Great advice. Speedy quotes. Genuine customer service.
Gone way downhill. Take a new car in to have racks fitted, had to be taken back to have them restraightened and things changed that was ment to be. Not one cover used. Car comes back covered in swarfing rust. They demand that they sort it in house and get it detailed and decontaminated. Brand new car comes back covered in swirl marks from inproper detailing. 3 times of having to go back and end up with a brand new car, brand new paint and its all swirl scratched!!
