We were visiting friends from SC back in July and the day after we arrived went to go somewhere and had a flat. Took the tire to Tom's after looking at reviews to patch what I thought must've been a hole. Got a call from Ken saying that our rim was actually cracked and that they could fix it, but it wouldn't be until the next week...3 days after we were supposed to head back home. The guys at Tom’s were incredibly nice and helpful. Took my motorcycle in to get the tires changed and even though they don’t necessarily work on bikes the mechanics who also ride were more than happy to help me out. I didn’t have to wait more than a day for an appointment, changed my tires and tightened my chain. Would definitely recommend!
They let me come in a little earlier than 8 am to get an oil change, being very understanding to my situation! Great group of guys. Def recommend!
