If you are white, you will wait while he waits on everyone else first. No matter how long you have been there or no matter who got there first. And you will be overcharged and also charged for getting flats fixed even tho it is covered under the 30 day warranty. He even told me, "I run things differently than the white guy that used to work here". I have been going to Tom's for YEARS! I will NEVER go back, I will go across the street even if their prices are higher.
