Tom was very friendly and straight forward. Reasonable prices and an honest person. I had my Murray 4.0hp Briggs and Straton Lawn mower serviced. 20 year old mower runs like new. I really enjoyed using this local small businesses. Great experience overall.
yeah, great customer service went out of my way because the girl told me that they need to see the parts I went there he looks for it. He didn't have it and then yeah he said I guess I can order it for you, but I usually don't do that so he just repairs and then orders for himself pretty much and then he said oh yeah, just text the number that you called. So I did and it's not a rush, but he never even messaged me saying yeah OK, I'll look into it. Nothing it's not good. Customer service. right there I feel like I just waste... read more
Nice guy, reasonable price, got my mower working like a charm. He’s always busy, but he’ll give you a date and stick to it. Highly recommend.
