I called Tom and he came out and looked at my mower. He said he would order the parts and come back. I paid him for the work he did in coming to my house and checking the problem. About a week later I called and asked if he got parts. He said his dad died and he forgot. Another week and he forgot again. Tom has had our Husqvarna leaf blower, weed eater and 2 inner tubes for our mower since July 12th. July 12th was our last contact with Tom, it is now Nov 3rd. We believe he no longer has our equipment in his possession. Our local police department, friends and neighbors have all been made aware of Tom’s Small Engine Repair.
