Absolutely the WORST! I had my truck towed to him because of starting issues. I impressed on him that I need the truck for work and would need the work done rather quickly. It sat in his lot for 8 days and he never even looked at it. He consistently said he would look at it and call me. He never did either. I finally took it out of their and went to Warrens service center in Churchville.

Worst experience EVER! I had direct dealings with Tom on several occasions. Not only does he not stick to his appointments but he is rude, late and acts as if you're not time is not important by making you stand around waiting for him. His arrogance, nonprofessional behavior, and ridiculous quotes for almost double what other shops are asking for are just some of the many reasons I will NEVER recommend or go back to Tom's ever again.

did not have a good experience at this place – Brought my car in for inspection and was told it would be finished by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day and was told they have not even started it. They were not apologetic and just told me I could pick the car up if I didn't want to keep it there overnight. All they needed to do was give me a call earlier to explain the situation. It would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Not acceptable at all.

Tom Service Center in Churchville, PA is a great place. He works on all sorts of cars! He can fix just about anything you can think of. He help my grandmother with her 1993 Honda Accord. She took it to 3 different mechanic who could not fix the problem. When she Took it to Tom Service Center they fix it and it drive better then ever. He also help me put a completely new engine into my 86 El Camino. Plus he did a rearend swap for me. I am not sure why the other comments are so negative towards Tom, but I would say none of tha... read more

One of the best mechanic shops in Bucks County – Tom Service Center in Churchville, PA is a great place. He works on all sorts of cars! He fix just about anything you can think of.
