We were stranded off Mile post 102 in NM from Friday night. Ins. co. unable to get us help through them entire weekend. I called Tom's RV Service Monday AM and he was understanding and as soon as he could had Jeff come out and remove the axle so the trailer could be towed to their yard. They prepared an estimate within a couple hours. Trailer was totaled by Ins. Co. Tom offered to send Jeff to Home Depot for boxes and remove all our personal belonging and pack them in boxes, labeled the boxes, and stored them indoors unt... read more
