Obtuse by design, actively outdated and unpleasant. Traditional rude township workers. Payment systems from the late 80's, no data replication or analysis, no payment history, give us our taste or we will put your name in the paper. Thank goodness they haven't caught on to the internet yet since nobody reads the paper anymore.
Wonderful service all around. They send one letter a year w/ a sewer bill and in case you don't receive it (as in my case, since its a new account and new home) they simply put an interest on all your bills that you have to pay. Then in about 6 months they send you a 'reminder'. This reminder mail surprisingly, arrives in normal fashion. When called explaining I didn't have no mail from them in 1.5 years they simply say: we have no record from Post Office any mail we sent out 6+ months ago didn't get there - can't do nothing... read more
