Would absolutely NOT recommend!! I called this guy to see how quickly I could get into my house as it was an emergency. My 2 year old son had locked me out of the house. I was able to see him from outside watching TV, so I called the locksmith and asked how quickly he could be here and how quickly we could get in. I was told 15 minutes and we'd be in right away. He arrived and offered two options to get in - break my front lock for an extra fee (he had told me a flat fee on the phone) or get in through the back door. H... read more
