the billing practices are terrible and I just received a bill for a date of service that I was not even in the office
Its billing department is unavailable to patients. They keep stating Corporate is handling the billing but there is no way to contact anyone in their corporate office. I was told by The person picking up the phone in billing that the only way she could contact the **************** was by email. I offered to wait while she did so but was turned down. Terrible billing department! Never billed my insurance company and just kept sending me bills. Every time I called the office, billing refused to take my call or return my call. I ended up walking in. Nani was rude to me and yelled at me. This office is unprofessional and uncooperative. Ill never return there or recommend them to anyone! They should be shut down!
