Have been using tom & his lovely wife for several yrs now. THEY ARE THE SWEETEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!!! Sue, who does answer phones, AFTER HER OWN JOB, is ALWAYS UPBEAT AND SUPER COURTIOUS. She never has gone more then a day w/out a call back. And tom, the OWNER, opens pool HIMSELF.... When was the last time, if ever, you saw owner of j&g pools or montalbanos opening a pool!!!!
