Not impressed. $75hr and $75 to use a hand drill with snake! 2 hrs for 1 drain!
I have used Mullen three times for plumbing issues (I have an old house with old pipes). I had them out today for an A/C issue. Each time they have showed up, calling me when they were on their way. Each time they have fixed the problem right and quickly. Each time they are friendly and professional. They rarely charge me with the full price and once saved me the $300 camera fee for the sewer by telling me that the city would do it for free. I highly recommend them, and no - I am not an employee or anything like that.
I had an appointment with Mullen's and no one showed up for the job or even called!!! Very bad customer service
