I have eaten at Tom's my entire life because this place was right down the street from me. If I wanted a better sub I would have to drive 15 minutes so a lot of the time I went here because their food is very good, if you know what to order. They have taken a couple things off the menu that I really enjoyed which is disappointing. The only knock I have on Tom's is that the guys that work here are not all that friendly. I have moved away so this could have changed but for 15+ years this was the case.
The harvest salad listed on the menu is misleading. it was an overpriced bunch of mixed greens and couple of tomatoes. Also, there were small bits of meat in the salad and the salad was listed as vegetarian and I needed it to be strictly vegetarian due to dietary concerns.
