Update: original review was one star for a bad customer service experience. About a week after this happened, the owner reached out to me and apologized and sent me a coupon for $10 off our next order. The food here is always great, so I was happy to update the review to to five stars, which is my usual experience of this place, great food every time. The staff don’t have any customer service skills. I’ve ordered and shown up where they didn’t make my food. This happened to me at night for dinner 3 times in the time span of a month I’m done ordering from them. But the food is good IF it’s made
I ordered food for delivery via their website, two pizzas, sub, wings. They use door dash for delivery, and they only gave the doordasher one of the two pizzas. When I called to let them know, they offer to either refund the pizza (didn't work for me, I ordered it because I needed it to feed my kids), or make me a larger size if I wanted to come pick it up.
