Called to have my medicine filled. They said they were super busy on thursday and couldn't fill it until friday. Friday I get a call because they couldn't fill it since it expired the day before. Said they would contact my doctor to get it figured out and call back. (They called at 10am) its not 3:40 pm and I havent heard a thing. So I called and was told my Dr office was closed and theres nothing she had to say about it or could do. LOL. I have been using this pharmacy for years but lately I have had nothing but problems with them. I call to get a refill for my child and I guess I didn't pronounce the medication correctly and the pharmacist said sorry if you don't known the name I can't help you. What?! I get the same prescription every month. Then I call to get my refill and the same rude pharmacist says my insurance changed I said yes January 1st mind you I had already had prescriptions filled in January now it's February and she says I need to bring my in... read more
The service and turnaround time to get your prescriptions has gotten very slow. Now they close for lunch instead of taking turns and staying open their full hours.
The ladies that work there are great. Christy and lisa ans other pharmacist ths been there quite some time
