Technician was good,professional . it’s the company policy and the customer service. It’s ok for them being late and if I wanna react I have to pay so it ended up I waited at home for half of the day. But the customer service, knows nothing, ask them about poster care , when to clean up , he knows nothing just keep pushing me to book in second time appointment 👎
