Reliable and always on time. Very polite. Listen’s to you and gives helpful suggestions. Excellent worker! Don’t hesitate to call Tom! I think that you will be very happy that you did !Â
I find that they do not give up and are very talented at there work they take their time. Established in 1954 and still open today. Plus they are the only ones sill working in the area.Â
Working with Tom's Ornamental Iron Works was a pleasure. Thom helped us design beautiful railings for our new steps. His knowledge made the finished product surpass our expectations, and Thom and his son Brian are wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this long established business.Â
Thom designed and installed a stairway railing from my screened-in porch to the backyard level of my home. He came and measured on a Sunday, in order to accommodate my schedule. Thom was professional, clear and spent additional time to educate me about the requirements of the job ( I needed to observe the town's buidling code in order to obtain a certificate of occupancy).
