Tom is probably the rudest man I've met. Very un organized business. They have paper signs everywhere, one saying that have a right to refuse business, " tip in cash only!!!! " and when a lady with a baby walked in he said it was going to be a longggg wait but when someone else walked in he didn't say it, he skipped over me when I signed in on the sheet. Not enough workers. One worker only does feet, the rest do nails. Just a very bad experience. I do not recommend this place at all.

I my nails done here on a regular basis. Tom does a great job. He always does what ever crazy design I come up with. When I get pedicures, they are always done well too. Not only that, it is always a fun atmosphere.

I Visited Tom Nails on 9/25/10 and caught them when they were closing. For one thing they closed at 7:30pm which is in my opinion is early for a nail salon especially on a Saturday. Instead of the owner telling me sorry were closed would you like a brochure of our products to take with you and stuff like that he said very rudely were closed in a nasty way he didnt make me feel welcome nor did he let me know his hours for the next business day he would be open.
