We've used Tom's Movers 4 times and they are kind folks and they are fair. The first move they refunded us $50 because they had over estimated the cost. I do have a couple battle scars on a couple furniture pieces from the moves, but moving furniture is hard! And I have learned that if I really care about a piece, I will wrap it myself ahead of the move. I will use them again and again -- in fact, we've just left them a message for our upcoming move.
