My father’s mobile home needed a 433a foundation. This company is very professional and efficient. Penny returned my phone calls and e-mails promptly. The job was completed even sooner than I expected. Their bid was higher than another bid we got, but I could not get the company with the lower bid to answer my questions regarding their contract. They are worthless !!! My mother had a trailer that needed registration. Penny was recommended highly. Penny took 350.00 and said she would get a bond and handle all the paperwork. This was in June 2019. My mom passed Sept. 2020 and still no bond or paperwork. I took over in Oct 2020 and got my own bond after Penny said she couldn't get a bond. Finally got paperwork from Penny in Nov. 2020. They don't answer their business phone at all and are never at the business location.
