I have been taking my boat to the dealership because it was under warranty, but there was an electric bug that they couldn’t figure out after several trips in. I took it to Tom’s in desperation, and even though his yard was full, he fit me in. He was able to find the electric gremlin, and when I went to pick it up, he told me to hold off on paying him until I had a chance to run the boat over the weekend to make sure everything was OK since I had been having so many issues. Tom is always my go-to for boat service!
My wife and I took our boat to him last December. We gave him a long list of things to be done. We told him that we will pick up the boat 1 June. We live in Virginia. He was paid when he said he needed it. When we arrived to pick up the boat. Their were many things that were not done. I checked what was not done and contacted hin.
