We appreciate Tom's expertise and craftsmanship. Our kids broke a front window and not only did he repair the broken glass but he also made it less difficult to open. He is professional and a pleasure to work with.
I had a terrible experience with Tom’s Auto Glass and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Scheduling was a nightmare — they missed the first appointment without even calling, and when they finally showed up days later, the technician seemed rushed and unprofessional. The installation was sloppy, and the new glass had smudges and sealant residue all over it. When I called to have the issue fixed, the person I spoke with was dismissive and acted like it was my fault. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get the job redone ... read more
