I call and I get voicemail which says texting him will get a quicker response. So I text him and ask for an estimate to adjust my values, a new valve cover gasket and a new oil pan gasket. It’s a 1996 Accord very easy to work on I just don’t have the time. He replies that he can’t do an estimate on a car that old that I have to bring it in one day and drop it off, pay $60 for him to give me an estimate. Tom got my 2013 Honda Accord in by 10am & done by 1pm! He was thorough, clear & even took the time to explain & show me the issues! I've never had a mechanic do that & I truly appreciated it. He pointed out a few other minor issues & took care of them for me. Much respect for his skill & expertise! Thank you! New to the area so this was definitely awesome to have such great service!
Good communication, good pricing, convenient location. Went to service my 17 Accord Hybrid, and everything from appointment setup to service execution went smooth. I’ll be back.
