Prompt quotes and attendance, excellent communication and always happy with the result. Most importantly, no issues. Have used this company for air conditioning and general electrical and they go the extra mile service wise. Unusual in a good way.
I tried to contact two previous electricians I have used in the past, no courtesy reply to advise if they were too busy. Googled the electrician he had good reviews and they were correct. He was obliging and managed to fit my request in within a few days.
Had issue with power and contacted the electrician who got back to me immediately and offered excellent advice. Will definitely be using in the future.
This company performed the mandatory five year pv test required by the energy company. The electrician arrived early in the suggested time window and performed the tests quietly and without disturbing the energy supply. He quickly checked in with us at the front door to say that he had finished and that our inverter was still ok. Very polite and professional.
I have great experience with these guys. When I rang them about the quote they gave to me, they explained the options, cost and installation procedure clearly. When they arrive at my house, the electrician answered several of my questions clearly, why and how. They asked me when they need to turn off entire power supply. The price is fair, nothing dodgy. If I do have further electrical request, I will come back to this company.
