Marc was very friendly and worked me into his schedule as my days off are few. He was very mindful to not to get my floors muddy, figured out what the issue was and fixed it. He cut down the crinkled hose in the back of the dryer so it will not have all the curves making it easier for the air to move through. He will definitely be my new dryer vent guy.
Marc did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent. Very professional and personable. He was even willing to come outside of his normal service area to take care of this for us. We also love that some proceeds go to an animal rescue. He was kind to our dog and cat while he was here and even shared some great pictures of his dogs!
Efficient service with excellent communication! Gave great tips and pointers making it a good experience as a first time homeowner.
