My dryer was heating but not drying clothes. I googled vent cleaners and based on reviews I called Tom’s. Marc came to clean the vent on the same day as the call. He is very personable and professional and was a pleasure to do business with. I believe the price was very reasonable and no doubt less than if I had called an appliance service first. And my dryer works!! September 2025. Once again Marc provided a valuable service!
