There really needs to be a manager to run this place. The crew members were clearly bored and screwing around and the condiment counter was empty. It was dirty with no napkins. I let them know and the crew member handed me a stack of napkins but never filled it. The floor had stuff on it and tables weren't clean even though the crew was still screwing around. We did not feel well after eating there either. It went downhill. Its sad, it used to be one of our favorite places to eat.

This review is in regards to their App. Right now their App is not keeping count of combo meals I have purchased. This is the 2nd time this is happening. I have sent a message, via the App, spoke with our local restaurant manager several weeks ago & gave her my contact information inwhich I have gotten no response. So now I'm posting this review in hopes of getting some kind of response to resolve this problem.
