The new manager, Gary, is very knowledgeable and doesn't do unnecessary work. He's been the manager for about a year. I recommend trying the location in Leesburg. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
When you think about an untrustworthy mechanic, Tom's should be the first place that comes to mind. He was rude, did not listen to his customers (I was not the only person there that he insulted), and was generally disinterested in helping. I ended up doing the job myself (replaced blower motor) and even though it took a little longer than I would have liked, I was satisfied not to have spent any money with this organization.
