The new manager, Gary, is very knowledgeable and doesn't do unnecessary work. He's been the manager for about a year. I recommend trying the location in Leesburg. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Every time i have stoppex in for an oil change or even just a checkup for a light that may have came on.... i have never had any problems.... everyone has been nice and mechanics have always given me their honest opinion...good or bad....i woulx come back again.
When you think about an untrustworthy mechanic, Tom's should be the first place that comes to mind. He was rude, did not listen to his customers (I was not the only person there that he insulted), and was generally disinterested in helping. I ended up doing the job myself (replaced blower motor) and even though it took a little longer than I would have liked, I was satisfied not to have spent any money with this organization. Avoid this place - anyone saying otherwise is probably a fake review I am very skeptical of a review on here in which the user raved about the customer service. It seems fake. That was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. And not just for a mechanic - in general. Every review online that is at all detailed would confirm. Terrible shop! Bad car service, and worst customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible service, Terrible customer service.. These guys do NOT know what they are doing, nor do they know what they are talking about. They have " fixed " issues my car has had, and not even 1 month later the thing they "fixed" broke again?
