Traveled from n. Cal to pick up lance camper. Service was great. Thanks to guys in shop installed camper tie down and loaded camper in a matter of hours and I was back on road home.
I've been a Tom's Camperland customer for a long time. They have always had excellent customer service and excellent products. I had an issue with another dealer on a camper I recently bought and even though they didn't feel the need to address the issue in a timely manner, Tom's did and they took care of everything. I would never buy a shell or bed cover from anyone else.
Yesterday I purchased a used camper shell for my pick-up from your business. I drove from the NW valley to your location after speaking on the phone with Zach Le Duc. He was very courteous and helpful. His professional response to my questions and his follow-up by sending me images of the camper shells was “over the top” in service. Great service! Very helpful and attentive! All of our questions were answered. What we didn't understand was patiently explained to us. We appreciated the time taken to explain the pros and cons of which tonneau cover would be the best for our truck and our needs. We definitely would recommend them to family and friends!
