Stay Away!!!! I wish I could give them negative stars. I have to say that doing business with Tom's Bridal was a huge mistake. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Any good seamstress or tailor will tell you to order a dress based on the largest part of your body which is my bust (full "C" - they ordered the bust as 32") I'm a detailed oriented person who plans well in advance of things. My wedding is scheduled for September 2012 and I purchased my dress from Tom's Bridal in early November 2011. During this initial visit I ... read more
Okay... This is a store that sells off-the-rack dresses - meaning you can buy the dress and take it home that day. The store has a policy where you can only try on three dresses - which is to protect the dresses from too much wear/tear - which makes sense. If you're looking for a dress at the last minute, this might be the place for you - they DO have a good variety of sizes but not too many styles.
I Bought My Dress From Tom's Bridal**Great Service **Great Prices!!! I am so happy with my dress. I feel like it is one of a kind! The service was outstanding that I just had to go back. Tom and Michelle are very sweet and really have alot of respect and heart into what they do. They have been at this location for ONLY 5 months and are doing an amazing service to brides! My dress was under $500! Yes, alterations are costly but it is totally worth it. I will recommend all brides to try them out! Open until 7pm M-Sat. Great Ho... read more

The prices are reasonable,and the sales style is no-pressure, We felt they really just wanted us to find the right dress at the right price after visiting 7 bridal shops we returned to purchase a beautiful gown from Tom. We would recommend any Bride-to-be in the area make an appt with Michelle.
