We just finished up our second year renting from Tom & his family. Had a wonderful experience this year, just as last year. We upgraded to a bigger house this year for more space for our family, and we’re very happy with our choice. Steven & Tom are always friendly and helpful. This truly feels like a home away from home. The houses are clean & well air conditioned, and we love having a private back yard to use for grilling and having a night in. We can’t wait to come back again next year!
Steven (& Tom) were incredible hosts! Very responsive & personable! Everything was as described. Fantastic amenities & proximity to the boardwalk. Huge perk of beach badges & parking! Loved having a private yard & grill.Loved the welcome bottle of Moscato too! (wish I had written down what it was!) The house binder was very informative & helpful. Will never stay anywhere else in Seaside again! Only thing I'd really change, would be some privacy screening around the outdoor shower. But even without it I'd be back in a heartbe... read more
Truly a great time and wonderful family run rental agency. Very good at making sure you are taken care of thru out your time. Get beach passes a parking pass all you need not to drain your wallet as well as truly fair pricing for your rental. Rental is updated and fresh, def some of the better rentals I've come across and had :)
