Every time i come to this barbershop i get crappie customer service they give me this ridiculous waiting time like 1 or 2 hours and they are not even busy, i'm thinking can you just cut my hair after the next person, this has happened to me 3 times now i tried to give it another chance but I'm done, it isn't worth it, no other barbershop has done this, what happened to just sitting there and waiting your turn and its ridiculously expensive pay $50 dollars for a shitty hair cut, i went to Great clips and they only charged me ... read more
She was very kind, we talked about working as a server, gave me advice for my hair after fixing it up for me!! She fixed my haircut, helped with the neck hair and recommended me to find spray that works for me. I will definitely come back here, thank you so much for the service!! :)))
I’ve been seriously contemplating not making this review, but the more I look in the mirror the more upset I get. I have been going to Tom’s on and off since I was 16 (11 years) and I’ve always had a good experience until today. I went in for a haircut and a beard trim, admittedly it had been probably 4 months since my last cut so I everything was really long. Attached are two pictures.
