Waited 4 hours before I canceled. If they show up in your phone as your provider, quickly call your roadside assistant and request another provider. 0 star if I can.

Awful! Was in fairly bad accident on I-40 and attempted to use this company. Not only was the woman on the phone ABSOLUTELY RUDE, she proceeded to hang up on me multiple times and then was going to have me on side of I-40 for two hours! Horrible customer service! Woman who answered phone was absolute Trash and had no time for me. I rarely leave reviews but that woman was so awful it felt necessary! They should fire her! She is awful for business. Was going to use this service but lady who answers phone was extremely extremely extremely extremely rude!!!!! Hung up on me several times before I could even ask a question. just absolutely abnormally rude!!!!then was going to take several hours to get to me , o too cancelled . Went with a different service who was very polite kind . . Would never never. Never suggest using this service !!!! Clearly there is a reason they have such negative reviews !!! Don't count on them getting to you real quick waited 3 hrs 20 min and was 35 minute drive away from there lot
